My experiences providing alcoholism therapy and addiction therapy
Since 2019, I have been helping people overcome their addiction to alcohol and other substances. Most often, these folks have had co-occurring disorders like anxiety and depression, and I help with that, too. Many people are afraid to admit they have trouble with alcohol abuse, because they’re afraid of judgment by family and friends.
I have a deep compassion for anyone suffering with addiction (substance use disorder) and create a safe, caring, and non-judgmental space where we can figure things out together. You don’t have to do it alone.
