My experience with relapse prevention and recovery

Since 2019, I have been helping people who have decided to reduce or cut out drinking stick to their plans. Early recovery can be a challenging time, and I can help you modify your recovery plan to suit your own needs. Sometimes people have problems they want to work out that trigger their drinking, such as anxiety, and I help them manage that, too.

Every recovery plan and relapse prevention plan is unique to each person. There are many paths to the top of the mountain. I can help you find yours.
