My experience with anxiety and anxiety therapy

Since 2017, I have been helping people manage anxiety, from teens to seniors. Everyone experiences a certain amount of anxiety, but some of us suffer more than others. And rarely are we taught how to deal with it effectively. Family members try to help (“Stop worrying. It will be fine”) and this isn’t helpful at all.

As I mentioned on my About page, I have experienced anxiety as long as I can remember. Over the years, I have tried various approaches to managing anxiety (including alcohol—see About page) and I have learned a LOT about what works, what doesn’t, and the variety of options we all have to prevent it from taking over our lives.

Using my clinical training and personal experience, I can help you learn ways to manage your anxiety so that you can live the life you want to live and do what matters to you every day.
